Karate
This class will introduce the basic fundamentals of Karate and build self-confidence, respect, fitness and self-defence skills. Shotokan Karate is safe and fun. You will meet many new friends and be able to share the experience with them.
Tuesdays & Wednesdays: 7.30pm – 9.00pm
Saturdays & Sunday: 12.00pm – 2.00pm

Table tennis is a sport that can be enjoyed by individuals of any age and physical ability. At the YMCA we have a great team of players! Come and join us for a Ping Pong Paddle Battle!
