A total body workout to increase your fitness and endurance using body weighted exercise, dumbbells, resistance bands, etc.

  • Wednesdays 4:30pm – 5:30pm
    Starting 26/07/17 for 6 weeks
  • Thursdays 4:30pm – 5:15pm
    Starting 27/07/17 for 6 weeks
