FREE Programmes for young people

Powerlifting for Beginners

Introductory weightlifting for both boys and girls. Our British Weightlifting instructors will provide coaching on basic lifts and weightlifting.  This will be a great compliment to sports & athletics, or anyone interested in resistance training.

Starting 21st February 2017 for 6 weeks
Every Tuesday: 4.30pm – 5.30pm


Mix it Up Fitness

We mix up Boxercise with Total Body Workout routines to make it fun and enjoyable for all. A perfect introduction to keeping fit

Starting 22nd February 2017 for 6 weeks
Every Wednesday: 4.30pm – 5.30pm

ALSO

Starting 23rd February 2017 for 6 weeks
Every Thursday: 4.30pm – 5.15pm
