    A total body circuit class designed to increase your fitness and endurance using body weighted exercise, dumbbells, resistance bands, etc.

    Every Wednesday 4:15pm – 5.00pm

  • Zumba with Donna
    Easy to follow dance workout – Combining Latin and international music with simple dynamic movement
    Starting 24th May 2017 for 6 weeks
    Every Wednesday: 5.00pm – 5.45pm


  • Mix it Up Fitness with John
    We mix up Boxercise with Total Body Workout routines to make it fun and enjoyable for all. A perfect introduction to keeping fit
    Starting 25th May 2017 for 6 weeks
    Every Thursday: 4.30pm – 5.15pm
